Tarragon has the ability to support the digestive process by lubricating the intestinal walls. It may be able to absorb nutrients as well as eliminate toxins.
This bulbous vegetable is great for soothing gas, nausea, and bloating. Fennel has this earthy aroma that helps with the digestive system.
Another common essential oil, peppermint has a rich-vibrant smell that is refreshing. It is similar to ginger where it supports normal digestion by moving things along the digestive tract. May also be great for gas, indigestion, and nausea.

How To Use The Oils
There are two ways you can get the oils in your system.
First, you may be able to use the droplets of the oil in a diffuser. Breathing the oil from the bottle you may be able to send signals to your digestive tract.
Finally, you are able to put the oil on your skin and it will absorb easily through the skin. Gently apply the oil on your skin and apply it in a circular motion.
Always dilute the essential oils with a carrier oil since essential oils are so strong. Carrier oils include olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil.
