Acupuncture is also very popular in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a complementary medical practice that entails stimulating certain points on the body, most often with a needle penetrating the skin, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions. In the long run, it can help lower blood pressure.
This is especially relevant maintaining a healthy diet, and also reducing the amount of salt and sodium.

Exercise plays a key role in ones’ everyday life, because body movement will help keep constant blood flow and reduce the risk of heart disease.
