Fruit Flush Diet
Former bodybuilder and nutritionist Jay Robb developed a popular 3 day detox program called the fruit flush diet. Mainly focused on clean eating, the diet plan was created to flush out toxins in the body by giving you a break on processed foods and letting fiber-rich fruits clean your digestive system.
Avoid all meat, processed, and dairy products instead, switch to drinking a protein shake every 2 hours (Between 8am-4pm). After your protein shake, drink 8-12 ounces of water.
Dinner should only be a raw salad with olive oil and 3-6 ounces of lean protein. Also avoid any starchy vegetables like potatoes.
Day 2 and 3:
Switch the protein powder mix for a 1 calorie serving of organic fruit between 8am-4pm every 2 hours. For dinner, eat a raw salad or half of avocado with a protein shake.
Avoid any exercising during this cleanse because of low-calorie intake you will be experiencing during this program. The fruit flush diet helps you lose 9-10 during the process so it is very important to drink 12 glasses a day to prevent dehydration. Also, make sure to purchase a protein powder shake that is free of artificial ingredients and is enough for 10 servings.
